Order food for takeaway pickup as a guest

Self-pickup ordering: the home order-mode strip switches to Takeaway, an outlet picker replaces the delivery address as the fulfilment choice, and the same cart activity renders a pickup checkout with an outlet block and no delivery fee. One approved guest variant, now backed by a single continuous launch-rooted capture that creates the cart itself; store availability is per-outlet and time-of-day dependent, so the picker can be entered because the nearest outlet is offline.
